Sam is a yoga and Pilates teacher passionate about reconnecting people to their bodies. She found her way to Pilates through a literal fall. Broken ankles at a very young age lead her on to a path that has brought over a decade of teaching her passion for balance and alignment of pilates. Yoga came a tad later and with that came a huge shift in life and being. In a class expect to laugh, expect to enjoy your body and celebrate it for all its brilliance. The mantra you will hear repeated is - 'Can you smile, can you breathe', and Sam lives her life on and off the mat (and reformer) by this principal. Heavily inspired by practises of embodiment and seeking to allow each individual to come home to themselves.
