From her first class more than a decade ago, yoga has been a guiding force in Alison's life. She had a profound shift in consciousness during her 200 hour YTT in India in 2012. Since then she has been blessed to live and teach in Canada, the USA, New Zealand and Australia. In her classes, she aims to hold space that is full of presence, possibility and acceptance.Her gentle yet strong classes encourage relaxation and a deeper sense of connection. Meditation, Tea Ceremony and immersion in nature are some ofAlison's other cherished practices.
